No Dispatcher.
No Call Backs That Never Come.

The single most common complaint about this trade is the operator who quotes and then goes quiet. Four steps, and the owner is on every one of them.

You Send A Photo

One shot from where the truck would park. That tells us the run in, the fence, the power lines and the landing spot.

You Get A Straight Answer

Whether it lifts, how we would do it, and the price. If it cannot be done safely we tell you that instead of booking it.

We Lock A Time

A firm slot, not "sometime Thursday". Purchase orders and certificates of currency sorted before the day if your site needs them.

It Lands Where You Want

Set down level, in position, first go. Site left tidy. You deal with the same person the whole way through.

You Don't Have To
Work Out Which One.

Most people ringing around do not know whether they need a crane truck or a tilt tray, and half the operators they call will happily sell them the dearer one. Tell us the job and we send whichever is right.

Tilt Tray

When the load has a clear run in at ground level. Cars, trailers, site sheds, containers, machinery. Quicker on and off, and the sharper price.

When it has to go over something. Fences, carports, retaining walls, second storeys. 6,200 kg of lift and 8.0 m of reach to play with.

Questions We Get
Before Every Job.

How do I know if my job is even possible?

Send a photo of the space from where the truck would park. That single photo answers most of it: the run in, the fence height, the power lines, and where the load has to land. Ben or Ryan look at it and tell you straight, including when the answer is no. You get an honest read before anyone books a truck.

How much can the crane actually lift, and how far?

The Palfinger PK 15500 HIAB lifts up to 6,200 kg, with 8.0 metres of reach. Capacity drops as the boom extends, which is exactly why the photo matters: a light load at full reach can be harder than a heavy one up close. The full load chart is on our load capacity page.

Can you get into a narrow street or a tight block?

Usually, yes, and it is most of what we do. Perth’s older suburbs are all tight verges, low power lines and parked cars. Tell us the street and send the photo. If access genuinely will not work, we will say so rather than turn up and charge you for the trip.

Do I need a crane truck or a tilt tray?

If the load has a clear run in at ground level, a tilt tray is faster and sharper on price. If it has to go over something, a fence, a carport, a retaining wall, it needs the crane. You do not have to work this out yourself. Describe the job and we send the right truck.

Are you insured?

Yes, fully insured, and we will send the certificate of currency before the job if your builder, strata or site manager needs it on file.

Who actually turns up?

Ben or Ryan. Australian Premium Logistics is owner-operated, so the person who quotes the job is the person who drives the truck and works the crane. No dispatcher, no call centre, no handover.

Got Something
That Needs Shifting?

Send the photo. You will get a straight answer on whether it lifts, and what it costs, from the bloke who will be driving the truck.
